Wednesday Craft

In anticipation of Barton's fabulous production Hoodwinked our craft today was to replicate Mrs Thomas's amazing costumes for our puppets. Tilly created a stunning Maid Marian and Tom a very robust looking Friar Tuck complete with glasses so he could find his way through Sherwood Forest. A BIG thank you to Lucy, Andre, Lily, Sophie and Halayna for helping us today.

Caught Reading

While helping out with craft today eagle eyed Ruby caught Devon and Matias enjoying a quiet read and animated discussion about their books.

Wednesday Craft

Today we had fun using plastic forks to create cute furry friends and flowers. It is always fun experimenting with new techniques. A BIG thanks to Ruby and Andre for helping us.

Wednesday Craft

Today craft was created with so much LOVE. It was heartwarming to hear the simple reasons which make Dad's, Step-Dad's etc so special in the eyes of your children. I hope you all have a wonderful day on Sunday and remember that the smallest things in life can create the BIGGEST memories.

Silver Award Book Displays

I was blown away on my return to the KC this morning to discover that Lucy and Neave had completed another task towards their Silver Awards. Two stunning book displays, Lucy's on Horse's and Ponies (surprise, surprise) and Neave's on one of her favourite genres Mysteries. Considering their heavy involvement with production this is an amazing feat and shows great time management skills. Thank you for the energy and passion you bring to your role as Student Librarians.
